Who I am

This website is run by Rudy Reeves, trading as BR Digital Works, based in Ireland. I am responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact me at brdigitalworks@gmail.com.

What information I collect

Quote and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), business name and type, and details about your project.
Bookings: if you book a consultation, the details you enter in the booking calendar, such as your name, email and chosen time.
Direct messages: anything you send me by email, phone or WhatsApp.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and I don't sell or share your information for marketing.

How I use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
To arrange and hold consultations.
To provide the website services you ask for, including invoices and project communication.

I use your information because you've asked me to (your consent when submitting a form), to take steps before entering into a contract with you, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Services that help run this website

Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions.
Calendly provides the booking calendar. It only loads if you choose to show it or open it, and Calendly may set cookies once it does. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to bookings.
Zapier and Google (Gmail) send me a copy of each quote request and send you an automatic confirmation email.
WhatsApp (Meta) handles any messages you choose to send me through WhatsApp.

These providers only process your information to provide their service. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, using safeguards required by GDPR.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and as required for legal and accounting purposes. After that, it's deleted.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how it's used, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email brdigitalworks@gmail.com and I'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.
